Where Shop & Shine delivers to?

We deliver to most UK residential addresses. Unfortunately we do not ship to the following locations at this time: the Scottish Highlands, the Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands. How long does delivery take?

You have the option to schedule when to receive your order. Simply select your delivery date you'd like your order delivered at the checkout, and we'll do the rest. if you do need to make a change please contact

How Much Is The Delivery Fee?

Our delivery service charge is £6.99 applies to all orders.

When Will I Receive My Order?

Once your order has been dispatched by us, we'll send you an email to let you know. On the day of delivery, you will also receive confirmation of your allocated delivery window. We provide a delivery service 7 days a week, so you'll get it soon.

How do you keep meat /chilled items cold whilst they're being delivered?

We use top-of-the-line ice packs and take great care in ensuring the quality of our packaging process to maintain the ideal temperature for cold items during transit. The perishable items will be delivered in a well-insulated box with ice packs that are designed to remain chilled for up to 48 hours. The number of ice packs placed in the cool box may vary throughout the year depending on the temperature expected on your delivery day. Should you ever have any worries about the delivery of your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.

How Can I Place An Order?

In a few clicks, you can then browse through a wide variety of products or search for a particular product and add it to your basket by tapping on it. Follow the steps by entering the requested details for your delivery and select the preferred payment method and place your order. Then you will need to register your mobile number to create your account

How do I add to, or amend my order?

Once your order is confirmed and you have received the order confirmation, you cannot change this order. Please contact us on support@shopandshine.co.uk, or reach our customer service on 07341 375333 as soon as possible. We'll be happy to serve you.

How will I know that you have received my order?

Once you complete the checkout process, the order confirmation page will appear with your order reference. The same will be immediately sent to you by email. Please keep the order reference in case you need to contact us. (Please be sure you enter your e-mail address correctly on the order form so we can be sure to deliver your confirmation to you.)

Can I Repeat A Past Order?

Yes, simply go to the order history, tap on the order you’d like to repeat, and choose to reorder/view, from there you will be able to add all items to the cart, edit the order as you wish, and submit it.

When Can I Cancel My Order?

You can cancel your order before the order is processed by us or enters the delivery process. You can check the status of your order by selecting “My Order” from your account.

I need to change my shipping address, is this possible?

A change of address can only be done BEFORE the order has shipped out. Once the order has shipped, it is the customers responsibility to call shipping company and update the address. We will not be responsible for a package going to the wrong address because of misinformation the customer entered..If you are away and will not be home to accept a 3 package, you will have to call the shipping company and make arrangements for pick up or re-delivery
